Summary: In this topic area, we explore how work is reshaped by AI agents, open digital infrastructures, and collaboration across organizational boundaries. The focus lies on agentic systems embedded in real work contexts (e.g., Git-based workflows, organizational handbooks, platform repositories, and personal knowledge systems) and how they support, coordinate, or govern knowledge work. Possible topics include contextual work-support agents, AI-enabled governance and quality control mechanisms, corporate–community collaboration in open repositories, and the role of digital infrastructures in enabling new forms of organizing. The unifying theme is how AI and open systems reconfigure coordination, accountability, and collaboration within and across organizations.
